The following terms apply to any products that you purchased from us.

The words whose initial capitalized letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear singular or plural.

For this Return and Exchange Policy:

"Goods" refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

"Orders" mean a request by you to purchase Services from us.

"Service" refers to the Website.

"The product" refers to the electronic parts we install on your broken device.

"You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Products bought from Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return except those with physically damaged parts or even one scratch, which will make the service non-refundable.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:

If applicable, confirm with us the shipment's tracking number, and we will keep you updated about its arrival.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variant, provided such variant is available. Customers are allowed to exchange items within 60 days. Exchanges exceeding 60 days will not be processed. 

In order to be eligible for exchanges, make sure that the following conditions are met:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging

• The product wasn't used or damaged

• The product must include original tags (if applicable)

• The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Your exchanged product will be processed once the items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the right to exchange the item once. Provided that all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.

You will be updated on your Return Status through PHONE and SMS, provided that all contact information was provided.

REFUNDS

• All sales are final, and no refund will be issued.

• If you use our service, be aware of the following limitations for warranty or refund requests:

• All repairs carry a warranty on only the fixed parts. Wear, scratch, physical, or liquid damage voids the warranty! Physical damage to LCD screens may not be visible to the naked eye. LCD screens showing lines of any color, bleeding, or complete blackouts constitute physical damage to the new part, which voids the warranty.

• There is no warranty on all Back Glass repairs since they are considered frame damage and can cause internal issues later on.

• We are only responsible for the repairs made to the device. The warranty does not cover the whole device or any other parts.

• There is no warranty on devices being repaired for liquid damage or having been liquid damaged before.

• There is no warranty on any device that has frame damage.

• There is no warranty on any device that has motherboard damage.

• All sales are final; there will be no refund on any repair since we must spend valuable time and specialized work on the device, which costs money.

2. Voiding the Warranty:

Unauthorized repairs, tampering, or damage caused by neglect or misuse after the repair will void the warranty.

3. Transferability:

The non-transferable warranty applies only to the original device we initially repaired. We are not responsible for conducting warranty service for another device or any issue other than the original problem.
